• What are the opening hours of the wellness center?

  The wellness facilities at our hotel are open daily for hotel guests.
  The wellness area is open Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Are towels available in the wellness area?

  Yes, towels are available in the wellness area for use during your visit. You do not
  need to bring your own towels. After use, you can leave the towels in the designated
  laundry basket so that we can have them washed and reused hygienically.

• Is it mandatory to wear swimwear in the wellness center?

  No, swimwear is not mandatory in our wellness facilities.

• What are the temperatures in the saunas?

  Our saunas have temperatures from 60 degress celcius to 90 degrees celsius.

• Is the wellness center accessible to outside guests?

  No, our wellness center can only be used by our guests who stay overnight.

• What wellness treatments can I book?

  We offer massages of any kind for you. You can enquire about our massage therapists through the reception, subject to availability.

• Do I need to make a reservation for the wellness center?

  No, there is no reservation required for the use of the wellness area.

• What house rules apply in the wellness area?

  The normal hotel rules are to be followed for the use of the wellness area.

• What is the policy for children in the wellness area?

  Children from the age of 16 years are allowed to use our wellness area.

• Can I enter the wellness center wearing regular shoes?

  Please be so kind to use the slippers provided with the bathrobes, which you can collect from reception.

• Are there quiet hours or special time slots for those seeking peace and quiet?

  No, our guests are free to use the wellness area any time during opening hours. Therefor, we can not guarantee any specific quieter hours.
